1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.onlinesystemreservations.com or any OSR software module, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this infrastructure.

2. Intellectual Property

The "OSR Engineering" brand, code architecture, UX/UI designs and all insights published in the Journal are the exclusive property of OSR Engineering Unit. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping or reverse engineering will be prosecuted under international intellectual property law.

3. Use of Software Demos

Any live demo or "Boutique Suite" sandbox provided is for evaluation purposes only. Users must not attempt to bypass authentication layers or inject malicious code into testing environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

OSR Engineering provides high-end software "as is". While we follow strict security protocols, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.
